Last night, we were invited to a spy-inspired event at the Omega Boutique in New York City. The event featured some Bond vintage watches and the film-inspired OMEGA Seamaster Diver 300M. Drawing inspiration from the film, the belle of the ball aimed at celebrating six decades of James Bond.

We arrived around 7:30 and were immediately greeted with a glass of champagne and delicious assortments of hors d’oeuvres. Single ladies are you reading this? This is where it’s at! Hordes of men gushing over the unboxing of the newest Omega Seamaster engineering marvel. Full disclaimer, I am not usually a watch wearer and would probably not have set foot in the Omega Boutique if it were not for this event. However, I was delighted to be invited to discover the brand. I can’t wait to go back to checkout their jewelry line next time. There is a line of red gold and mother pearl line of fine jewelry that deserves my full attention. But, back to Bond, for now. What makes this newest edition so special? That’s easy: beauty and excellence! This was a white glove experience and I ABSOLUTELY loved it! Although the watch looked huge on my wrist (I am not the intended audience), the watch was much lighter than I expected it to be. Rachouane Smali, our sales associate, took the time to share some of the watch key features. We got to speak a little French too, which was nice. I’ve listed some of the specs below. I learned that the Seamaster line it is part of the oldest line of watches in the Omega collection and that the Seamaster line has been the watch of agent 007. This is a highly desirable watch and for good reason. This collector’s item will never go out of style.
